How can I modify my order?

What happens if I have not received my order, but tracking says delivered?
If the address is incorrect due to a customer's mistake. We unfortunately will not be responsible for the lost package. We recommend you try to retrieve the package from the incorrect address, or contact the shipping carrier to see what they can do for you.
If the address is correct, we will file a ticket with the shipping carrier and resend your package. You will need to assist the shipping carrier in the investigation of the package.

Due to its perishable nature, we don’t accept coffee returns. We will happily refund the purchased coffee.

James R When I came to Bali few years ago, they have such a wonderful coffee blend that when you taste it , the nutty aroma with spicy smell, this makes me go back to Bali tho.
