Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. All of our products are made to order in small batches.
If you have received a damaged product or if you receive an item in which the quality has been compromised, please email a photo and we’ll arrange an exchange/refund that will make you feel completely satisfied. You have 24-48 hours after receiving the product to contact Relax Mode Coffee via email to let us know.

We will notify you once we’ve received your email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
