2-8 packages ship via USPS Priority Mail (flat rate or regional)
9+ ship via UPS ground

Do you have expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping is not available as it only serves to cause false expectations. The total time to deliver is as much a function of processing and day it is ordered as shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead you directly to the order tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotions folders.
How can I modify my order?
Please note: If the order has already been fulfilled, we can no longer modify your order.

What happens if I have not received my order, but tracking says delivered?
If the address is incorrect due to a customer's mistake. We unfortunately will not be responsible for the lost package. We recommend you try to retrieve the package from the incorrect address, or contact the shipping carrier to see what they can do for you.
If the address is correct, we will file a ticket with the shipping carrier and resend your package. You will need to assist the shipping carrier in the investigation of the package.
My package is lost, what should I do?

How do I ship my ordered coffee back to you?
Due to its perishable nature, we don’t accept coffee returns. We will happily refund the purchased coffee.
How will I get my refund?
All refunds will be made to original payment source. It includes the original amount and taxes.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

At first I want to try the single coffee pack but when I realized I can buy the sample pack so I would know which one to order next time unfortunately I think I am buying them all again next time I love combining them somehow the taste is good and different.
